Overview

You may return an item up to 30 days from receipt of the item. 

Buyer pays return shipping charges.

10-20% restocking fee charged for all opened returns to cover shipping and handling costs, unless we are at fault.

All products shipped without a shipping box will be charged an automatic 20% restocking fee.

Items that are opened, missing original components and heavily used are subject to up to 50% restocking fee.

Shoes: must be returned unworn, up 50% restocking fee depending on signs of wear.

**Serial numbers are recorded for all electronics and will be tested upon return.**

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. 

To initiate a return, please send a message directly to LUAL MALL INC requesting a return.

Currently we, unfortunately, do NOT ship to HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO. P.O BOX, International nor Freight Forward addresses.
